    1. 神经肽生理与药理 
    神经肽是机体内一类重要的神经递质/调质,本课题组利用不同效能和效价的肽类分子作为药理学工具,来探讨内源性神经肽及其受体系统的生理学和药理学功能及其作用机制。 
    2. 神经肽与疼痛                                       
神经肽在痛觉的传导和调节中扮演重要的角色,本课题组全面地探讨了神经肽的痛觉调节机制。在此研究基础上,以内源性神经肽(特别是阿片肽和阿片调节肽)为化学模板构建一系列的全新的肽类分子,筛选获得具有高效、低副作用、镇痛类多肽药物的先导化合物。

个人简历 (含教育背景)                                          
方 泉,男,副教授,硕士生导师。2007年6月获兰州大学生物化学与分子生物学专业的博士学位,同年留校,目前在生理学和心理学研究所从事教学和科研工作。主持国家自然科学基金1项,教育部博士点基金新教师项目1项,兰州大学校内基金3项;并作为主要项目组骨干成员参与科技部“十一五”和“十二五”国家科技重大专项、国家自然科学基金委重点项目、国家自然科学基金委重大研究计划培育项目等科研课题多项。已发表了学术论文10余篇,其中以第一作者在Neuropharmacology、Peptides、Neuropeptides、Regulatory Peptides和European Journal of Pharmacology等国际知名期刊上发表了SCI论文10篇,申请国家发明专利1项(申请号:201110097843.4)。
在研的科研项目:                                                  
1. 主持国家自然科学基金项目一项(20902041),环境敏感性荧光氨基酸在新型NPFF1和NPFF2高选择性配体的设计和合成中的应用,2010.1-2012.12;
2. 主持教育部高校博士点专项科研基金(新教师基金课题)一项(200807301028),RFa肽家族的新成员——促摄食肽26RFa的构效关系及其生物活性的研究,2009.1-2011.12。
